- GRAINS: Barley, basmati rice, quinoa, buckwheat, corn • DAIRY: Goat milk
- SWEETENERS: Raw Honey* Never cook honey
- OILS: Flaxseed, Mustard, Sunflower, Sesame
- FRUITS: Dried fruits, apples, cherries, cranberries, grapefruit, pomegranate
- VEGETABLES: Sprouts, artichoke, asparagus, green beans, peppers, broccoli, cabbage, carrots, mustard greens, onions, potatoes, seaweed, turnips

- NUTS & SEEDS: Almonds, brazil nuts, cashews, coconuts, macadamia nuts, pecans, peanuts, walnuts

- Avoid over hydrating and drinking excess water – a good rule of thumb is to drink half your body weight in ounces throughout the day. (ex. 150 lb person should drink 75 oz of water throughout the day)
